Some people continually count the calories of everything they eat while others, the majority, seem to consume whatever they please. You know the sort of person who likes that week-old cupcake on the kitchen counter, or those stale dough nuts in the conference room at work. A bit of cake here, some cookies there, leftover pie, as soon as you see it, you have to have it. It’s also easy and very convenient to drink, in the morning and at lunch time. The thing about new-age health supplements is that they’re really geared to give you all the good stuff and keep out the bad.
